I am a Research Affiliate at RF Berlin. I will soon join the Faculty of Business and Economics at Universitat Rovira i Virgili in Catalonia as an Assistant Professor and Beatriz Galindo grantee.
I am a labor economist working on topics in both labor and development economics. I am particularly interested in issues related to technological change, education, gender inequality, and job amenities.
I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from Boston University. I pronounce my name as [ˈse.saɾ].
